The processing of the wheat happens on automatic roller mills, the different size grist is assorted by two-way grist machines, the grist is assorted by two clog cleaning plansifters, finally the useful flour is selected from the remaining material by grist beaters. The moving of wheat during grinding happens by air in a pneumatic system. The whole processinh up to the storing of flour takes place in a completely closed system in an automatized way.
